Our telephone helpline, as part of our national support services, normally operates 9.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Saturday
If you get no reply please leave your name and number and we shall attend to your call as soon as possible.
If you have a question or issue that is best in writing, please write to our Head Office who will try to find an appropriate person to answer it.
All the people who answer our helplines have been patients or carers so are likely to understand your concerns because they have been there.

BCPA Annual General Meeting

Now a familiar part of the BCPA calendar the weekend is to be held at the Dunchurch Park Signature Hotel, Dunchurch, Warwickshire during the weekend of 15-17 May 2015. Dunchurch Park is a Grade II listed manor house, set in 17 acres of magnificent gardens and grounds. While staying at the hotel guests can enjoy some of the on-site leisure facilities or simply relax in one of the lounges or bars.

Access to the hotel is good from the M1, M45 and M6:
Travelling north on the M1, Exit at Junction 17 to join the M45 motorway. At the end of the M45 take the B4429 towards Dunchurch. At the traffic lights in Dunchurch turn left onto the A426. Dunchurch Park is 500 yards on the right.
M6 & M1 Southbound. Exit the M1 at Junction 20, or the M6 at Junction 1. Head for Rugby and then follow the signs for Banbury (A426 South). Dunchurch village is 3 miles south from Rugby town centre. Dunchurch Park is 500 yards on the left after entering Dunchurch village.
A very attractive package is available with the hotel at a cost of £115 per person for the weekend break Friday to Sunday including dinner on Friday evening and the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening. Members unable to join us for the full weekend are most welcome to join us for either the AGM or Gala Dinner, or both.

The 33rd Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 16th May commencing at 2.45 when the speaker will be our President, Professor John Wallwork CBE DL FMedSci. This will be followed at 3.30 by the 33rd Annual General Meeting.
Our Gala Dinner will be at 7.00pm with our after-dinner speaker being Mr Derek Holley. Derek will be introducing us to his worldwide travels.

Many visiting opportunities are available during the weekend including Warwick Castle. Book the date now and come along and enjoy a delightful relaxing but important weekend in the life of the BCPA.
